Just wanted to wish Everybody a Happy Halloween 

I was dressed out as a

"Fantase Angel" 

Put my own lil touch to the angel image ;)

Did the mask myself , I wanted to keep it clean, pure & simple

After having my pictures taken i took off my outfit, I didnt feel like being dressed out alone.

(Which Im glad i did , cus we barley saw anybody dressed out lol)

Fariah didn't have an Halloween outfit so we just went out looking like dis :

 At the subway waiting for our other peoplez...

Had alot of fun yesterday , we ended up going to club M5 again ... 

Now im just home & stuffing my face with take-away could not be bothered cooking today ...

Oprah!

Im sitting and watching her show now and todays topic is about " eating right" and not eat with youre t.v computer on. etc ( this is a method for people who wanna loose weight) 
And a woman in the audience asked : How can i eat enough so that i can live up to the societies demands of having to look super fit and like a super model ?
Oprah said something really true! 
She said : " thats just an illusion ! Do you know how many people takes to just get me ready for my show ? a whole village , lol" Recently I had the beautiful Naomi Campbell on the show & she had a whole staff to get her ready , just like all other models. " 
Im really really blessed i can eat ANYTHING ANYTIME without barley gaing any weight at all.. 
Sometimes i really struggle hard to gain but its so hard! alot of people ask me what i eat and if i have a special diet , I just eat ANYTHING ( apart from red meats only like twice a month , im gonna finish doing that also doe ) I love healthy tasty home made food. 
Anyways we need to appreciate our looks & stop trying to live up to the fake image the media is presenting to us , we are all perfect just the way we are .....

Finally!

home , been running around in town all day chasing stuff i need for my halloween outfit!
What im gonna b is not gonna get revealed just yet .... :P
I didnt make it to the Jeremy Scott event tonite , those shoes have to wait!
ha i got more important things to deal with , like my new projekts .... ooooo i can´t wait 2 tell!!! 
Snack time & start 2 get 2 work , update in a bit again ;) ... 

Tierd....

i came home couple hours ago been running around doing errands sending Nicoles clothes , & had to go get a new pair of headphones bcuz my 2 month old ones just stop working today on the subway .... 
but luckily i got a brand new pair, cus i always save my receipts just incase ;), was running around trying to find a decent par of new heels but i dunno i had a hard time making up my mind.
Also went by the library & checked out a few books for my upcoming projekts ( that are secret for now ), but i went there to late so i only had like 10 mins to browse through their books.Bought sum junk food on my way home & then the rain just started to pour like mad , so i looked like a wet rat by the time i got to my house.
I ate & fell asleep for almost 30 mins ! I havn't had any chance to take any new pics today.
But anyways maybe some tomorrow

just got home

from the mall .. was talking to my lil niece Nicole earlier & i asked her what she would like for halloween 
And she said : " dark blue pants with stars on and Cinderella "lol she is my everything my lil doll , soooo smart MASHALLA God Blessed her so much. 
I didnt find any blue pants with stars & cinderella on lol , but i got her some dark pink/purplish manchester pants with hearts on & a cute mini jacket , hope she will like it!
She also requested ( when i called to make sure i have the right size) " to not forget about the accessories" LOL i love her , im a real sucker for her!
So i have to see if i can find her something cute for halloween .
I also got myself a new dress and a few other things that you will see later ... 

Just had some homemade delicious spaghetti bolognese with pumpkins, mushrooms & loads of fresh herbs & spices my mom made.Now im bout to rehearse & then make plans for my day 2morow!

i woke up @ 14.00 today .... lol i know why doe cus  i was up to 3 and i ate just b4 going bed

so i kept having nitemares. ( i heard if u eat right b4 u go bed then youre chance of having nitemares is alot bigger)now i have to hurry up & eat my pancakes          ( nooo face pic now lol ) & get in the shower so i can start my day! I was invited to Scorett & Sisters Vip shopping today with breakfast & shopping at discount @ 8, but i went up turned off my alarm & layed back in bed & fell asleep :S
Now i have to pay full price for my new boots :((

 a film from 2009, i remember they talked about it on the Oprah show , and i thought to myself " i gotta watch this movie" & then i just forgot about it . I came across the movie now on http://www.film2home.se  i can feel this is gonna b a very good movie, its about an overweight girl growing up in Harlem, she never get any love in the home & get raped by her own dad, i wont reveal much more then that for now i let you guys who wanna watch it find out the story for youre self.
i loaded up with deer jerky , chips , a glass of El Coto , butter popcorn, olives & goat cheese  ( my specialty junk food mixed with healthy stuff :) .

Lazyyyy Day

feel so drained from all the partying this weekend, sometimes i regret going out the day after , not cause of a hangover or anything i never really get that anyways , but just in general i start thinking about all the things i could have accomplished if i wouldn't have gone out with my friends.
But then i know life is not all bout work and no play. Sooo im not gonna punish my self for going out having fun.
Last night we went to club M5 never been there b4 but it was cool, until my girl Fahya lost her phone ... 
But apart from that we had a real good time.

today im just gonna chill ,eat healthy ( ok maybe a lil junk :P ) & restore myself with some peace & quiet

Fun Nite !

Last nite I went out with my girl Fahya to a club , it was alot of people , pretty good music 

i was spending alot of the time dancing the night away & spilling wine on everything & everybody :P not on purpose tho!

Its not a very good idea always 2 drink wine in the club cus by the time u get to the dance floor , half of it is gone! 

This is me @ my girls house b4 going out yesterday with my NEW Bluu hair ;) 

We were having so  much fun that we 4got bout taking pics silly meee , but oh well wateva

First Snow!

Omg i woke up this morning looking outside my window & i see the first snow!

haha no wonder i was feeling like i was catching a cold yesterday , stil havn't really recovered but im sipping on hot water with plenty of lime honey & ginger & then im gonna have a healthy breakfast with my momzy. Have a nice day! 

Never Give Up!!

It was once a little boy who was born in 1809, lived in a one room log cabin with his mom and dad on a farm near Kentucky. ( a state that allowed slavery at that time ) He lost his mom at the age of nine & a year later his dad got remarried. 
His situation wouldn't allow him to go to school because he had to work on a neighbors farm full time to survive & help support his family.
Since his education ended very prematurely , he started to read everything he got his hands on like matemathics , literature & law. The beginning of his self-education began.
Eventually this self-educated man became a lawyer.
He had a very strong desire to make changes , so he got involved in politics.
He got married and got 4 kids but he would still continue his fight to make differences.
He failed 8 times with major set backs & even bankruptcy. But every time  he would get back up again and continue to march ahead and learn from his failure and set backs .
Alot of people thought he was wasting his time & some would even laugh at him , but he didn't let it affect him. He wasn't popular at the time because his opinions were so different to what most people thought,
but he didn't let that stop him either. 
Finally in 1860 after years of struggle & hard work Abraham Lincoln was eleceted as the 16th president of America.
In 1865 after four years of civil war he put a stop to the slavery.
On April 14th Lincoln went with his wife to celebrate the end of the war , he only made it half way to the play where Lincoln got shot by a man named John Wilkes Booth , he was for the slavery.

But Lincoln died with his head up high & his honor well kept & his courage and persistence will forever be a great example for many many generations to come.

I woke up @ 2.30pm today( don't ask me why ) feeling like im catching a cold, I hope im not ...

You can really tell the winter is on the way , its getting really cold outside now , i really hope

Got Tough choices ??

I dooo OMG , I hate this ... I can't stand when i can't make up my mind about something.
Its so frustrating ,It feels like watever choice u choose is equally good/bad. 
Specially when it has to do with something major or a life changing consequence. 
Its really easy to destroy , but its so hard to build.
Sometimes it feels like no1 can understand you or give you the advice that you deeply need to gain more insight into youre current situation.Those times it feels like even if God is pointing out the way for you , you still acting hesitant. You still in that state of dilemma of" what if "....
Its time for plenty of solitude and soul searching for me ,
Gotta run  got some things to do now ...

The Art Of Letting Go ...

Sometimes we hold on to situations & people we know are no good for us .. The reasons can be simply because we are so used to have things a certain way 
& when the time of letting go comes , we resist.
We do this in so many ways , we come up with excuses. Excuses we know deep inside are lies.
Lies to avoid the reality & to avoid having to make a decision. 
Its important to break this chain of restraint.
Thats in reality holding us back from achieving the next goal in our life. I spoke bout this once in my blog on my Myspace page.
when we want something new and more fulfilling into our life its important to let go of the people and things we can feel are not right for us anymore.
Its like trying to stuff a fully stuffed wardrobe with more & more stuff , without realizing the fact that it has only a limited amount of space. Eventually things will start to fall out and make a mess.
I know there is certain things i need to let go of in my life right now , things that are holding me back.
Its really easier said then done , but if I focus and meditate on all the things that i need to " cleanse out " of my internal wardrobe , i will have more space for other new& hopefully more enriching things.

The dark ...

I really have trouble sleeping in the dark , i can't sleep alone in the dark it makes me feel so uncomfortable. 

Sometimes it feels like something/somebody is watching me & i can see like shadows moving around ... 
Sometimes i see sparkles , then i usually get a good feeling , but when i see the shadows and hear weird noises my heart start beating fast & i wont b able to relax. 
I been like this for as long as i can remember ... so yes i am scared of sleeping in the dark.
I can only fall asleep if i have the light on , then in the morning when it gets light outside i usually get up and turn of the light ..
I had a friend in L.A who told me that dark spirits don't like the light , they feel more in tune with their nature in the darkness.

 i feel very lazy today , i was out last nite again with a friend & danced the nite away 

had a gr8 time , but now i feel sooo lazy!

I met a guy from Canada JP, he came up 2 me asking me what kind of event it was when i was in the line to get in & since it was an invitation only event he asked if he could "tag along" as my company
& he turned out to b a police  :O) we had a really good time doe lol

& we mingled & mingled ...

Not enough hours

 Been up since 8 this morning and i still have so much left to do!!! 
been out n bout running errands , gotta clean round the house and sort out some more things
