Today is the day we persian celebrate the arrival of spring & the coming of our new years eve that is next week.
Traditionally celebrated the last Tuesday of the ( persian ) year.
The word chahar shanbe means Wednesday & Sori means red.

we lit small fires that we jump over as a symbol to " keep the sun alive "
my mom & them asked me if i wanted to join them for the celebration at Kungsträdgården tonight in Stockholm where thousands of people gather & celebrate with music , food & dance !
But i was really not in the mood , i had so many errands to deal with .
