Stay Fit & Healthy!

Was quickly by the mall grabbed a new body lotion that came out on friday with fresh watermelon scent from Body Shop & facial sponge which is really good for removing dead skin layers & stimulating your face. Dropped by the health store & got some more yogi tea ( can't never have to much of that ;) ) , Aloe Vera Juice & a Power drink ( for my thigh exercise later , i do 30 every night before bed, but i only do it like 3-4 times a week lol ) 

Just finished my dinner tonight i had all vegetarian food which was Go Green's  2 Soy hot dogs

7 soy meatballs , 2 vegetable spring rolls & freshly cut and fried potatoes with chilisauce & hot mustard.

Very simple , fast & tasty ,with a glass of  julmust

My first glass this year actually , i love it :) Jul must is a traditional swedish drink that is only available in the stores during xmass & eastern. Its similar to coke but it has a different flavor.

Now im bout to enjoy some tea with cinnamon buns, Enjoy youre eve
