Late Night Bloggin

 

Ive spent my day doing my laundry , running errands & buying new cute undies( u cant have to many of em ;) ) & other necessities i needed . AFter i came home from town i made an all vegetarian dinner with sugar snaps , cauliflower, mushrooms , onions all stir fried in oyster sauce ( i LOVE oyster sauce ) with that i had some yum yum noodles & newly baked bread ! ( i regret i never took a pic of it )
For desert I made  sticky chocolate cake with  marshmallows , i took pics of the process its really easy to make !( this cake is really popular here in Sweden & alot of people already know how to make it , no biggie :) )
All you need is : flour , eggs( i 4got to put the egg in the pic :) ) , cacao powder , vanilla sugar powder , sugar , butter & marshmallows                                         

                              WARNING!!

This dough is extremely good 1 lick & u might not have any dough left to bake !! 

whisk the eggs & sugar , & then add the other dry ingredients Stir it all up ( with the melted butter ) & pour it into a breaded oven safe form.

I actually ended up eating /licking 20% of the cake dough up before i put it in the oven to bake :) lol
so it turned a lil to thin for my liking , its suppose to come out bit thicker & stickier then mine did , but it stil taste soo good with newly whisked cream ;) & more marshmallows for garnish.

                                20 minutes later ..... ( u take it out & add the marshmallows) & put it back in for another 2-3 minutes . DONE!
