Just Another Day In Rio ....

I started by going to the beach today i have been going to the beach quite alot but every time i only spent like 30-40 minutes , which is not very long ! I need to fix up! lol cause i have not got the sun tan the i wish to have yet !

After the beach i went for lunch with Alegra ( the girl im staying with here in Brazil , will put up pic of her 2morrow gonna ask her first ;) ) & Kate .
Then I went for a mani & pedi
i usually go 2 a different saloon thats in a Mall on Avenida Nosso Sen Hora ( thats ALOT nicer , i will take pics next time i go there b4 i leave ) but the lady i usually go to was busy today & i couldn't be bothered 2 wait , so i just went to this one instead!this place i went to today only charged 16R$ to get both mani & pedi = 5.5€

As u can see its not fancy infact its the most ghetto place i ever been 2 , but who cares!?! i just wanted to freshen up my nails! t
I mean serious how often do u see a place were they use a pillow under ure hand & a towel over it !?
he girl who did my nails was no more then maybe 14 yo.They have very limited resources in some of the places in this country here But they don't let that stop them ...
I admire how hard they work here for so little money ....
i got a light green/mint polish this time .... ( color is not very clear in this pic doe )

After i went & picked up some post cards for my family & some yummy Acai with strawberries & Quejio the pao its newly baked bread with cheese inside. I LOVE ACAI its very healthy & the most powerful antioxidant you can get intake via a fruit/berry. ( it is shipped frozen from the amazonas )
I came home got another shower ( u take like 3 showers a day here lol )

got ready to go have a capriniah ( i will put up a update about Capriniah 2morrow about WHAT it exactly is & means to the brasilians ! ) with Mark & Kate Thats leaving to australia 2morow ( Kate is Alegra's friend )
We watched the sunset & then we went for some kebab & after i was feeling a bit tired to join Kate & Mark to continue party so i just went back home , i have catched a cold so i wanna try & rest up a bit & get in shape for the weekend hopefully!
