After noon espresso & fresh squeezed carrot/orange Juice with fresh spirulina i just bought from the store
the lil box is lemon grass tea.
Spirulina is the BOMB!
& so cheap here in Rio ,in Sweden its quite expensive 20-40€ for a month of supply wich is not even as effective as this one. here it cost only 7 realis = 2,7€ & this will last more then a month .

Bought the " Flash" earrings last night at the all hand made market , from one of the vendors ,i bought so many last time i was in Brazil aswell.
Its made in aluminum & then its worked on with sandpaper .
Bought a cute new top from Dalia Franco ( a brazilian desginer )
and a new bikini top ( i got it yesterday )
and a cute new beach cloth / towel

I went back to the hotel & i grabbed a couple of beach towels, 2 t-shirts & a lil money
its a boy & a girl laying next 2 each other , I woke the guy up & gave the stuff 2 him , he smiled said " obrigado " & looked so grateful.... i didn't wanna take pics of it to avoid any awkward feelings .....
